A ministry leader, visionary and entrepreneur, Grayson Marshall, Jr. currently serves as President and Director of Balance Your Game, Inc. and Assist Enterprises Inc - two companies dedicated to lifestyle change and thought transition.

In the game of basketball, Mr. Marshall is indeed an expert having excelled in every facet including player, coach and professional broadcaster. He was a former McDonald’s High School All-American before his outstanding collegiate career at Clemson University, where he was a 2-time All-American, Team Captain and the ACC career assist leader. His record for career assists still stands at Clemson today.

As an award-winning coach with 26 years of experience, Mr. Marshall certainly knows a thing or two about teamwork. He builds teams from the ground up, ensuring that they’re always well-trained in the fundamentals of change and success strategy. That, along with his commitment to support spiritual, physical, emotional and financial development, allows him to inspire excellence and demand greatness in the lives of those he touches, whether on the basketball court or in the game of life.

Mr. Marshall is also an accomplished speaker, author and motivator. He is continually invited to travel around the country to inspire thousands of people from all walks of life with his life-changing presentations. And his book The Game Matters has become a popular teaching tool and self-improvement aide.

He is married to the love of his life – his extraordinary wife, Darlene. The couple lives in Jacksonville, Florida with their four beautiful and energetic children: Amber, Ciara, Grayson III, and Devyn.

As a family and through the ministry of Balance Your Game, their mission lies in reinforcing and emphasizing in depth the basics of life that seem to have become watered down by today’s world.
